Game Story

MELBOURNE, Florida (Ticker) -- Jamey Carroll rapped a go-ahead 
RBI double in the fourth inning to lift the Montreal Expos to a
6-4 Grapefruit League triumph over a split squad of St. Louis
Cardinals.

The game was tied, 3-3, when Carroll plated Brandon Watson two
with a two-out double off Rhett Parrott down the left field
line.

Peter Bergeron and Luis Lopez drove in two runs apiece for the
Expos, who improved to 1-1 in Grapefruit League play.

Jeremy Fikac struck out three without a walk in two hitless
innings to pick up the win.

Marlon Anderson had an RBI single and a sacrifice fly for the
Cardinals, who were playing their reserves and fell to 1-1.

Losing pitcher Randy Flores gave up two runs and four hits in
two innings.
